Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Electricity For The Student Dormitories Of The Kielce University Of Technology In Kielce

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Student Dormitories Of The Kielce University Of Technology For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Hereinafter: Ep) By The Kielce University Of Technology, To Its Energy Consumption Points. This Order Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services. The Estimated Consumption During The Order Period Will Be: 500,000 Kwh. The Amount Of Energy Actually Purchased May Differ From The Estimated Amount And Will Depend On The Actual Demand, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Purchase At Least 50% Of The Total Volume Referred To Above. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order , Containing The Location And Description Of Electricity Reception Points, Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Concluded And Binding Contract, I.E. The So-Called General Distribution Agreement With The Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter: Dso), Under Which It May Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All Facilities Indicated In Annex 1 To The Swz.
