3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Renovation Of A 69.80 M Long Bridge Over The Gliwice Canal In Taciszów, Based On Applicable Regulations/Guidelines, Along With Effective Notification Of Construction Works. 3.2. The Bridge Structure Is Marked With The Registration Number Jni 01015102. It Has A Reinforced Concrete, Multi-Span, Double-Hinged Structure. The Middle Span Is Based On Joints, While The Outer Spans Are Based On Roller Bearings Mounted On A Pillar. Location Of The Facility: Km 8+825 Along District Road No. 2913S Ul. Gliwicka, Town Of Taciszów.3.3. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Prepare Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary For The Effective Notification Of Construction Works And The Substantive Implementation Of The Works, Together With The Documentation Necessary To Conduct The Public Procurement Procedure For The Implementation Of Works (Including Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution Of Works). And Acceptance Of Construction Works For Each Assortment Of Works And The Investors Cost Estimate);• Preparation And Obtaining All Studies, Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Etc. Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Along With Obtaining Confirmation Accepting A Notification Without The Required Building Permit For Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 30 Section 5 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law; • Ensuring Copyright Supervision, Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works Until The Expiry Of The Warranty And Guarantee Period For Defects For Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement. 3.4. Before Starting The Preparation Of Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop A Preliminary Design (Concept) Presenting A Proposal Of Design Solutions Along With Determining The Method Of Carrying Out The Renovation, Taking Into Account Maintaining The Continuity Of Traffic In The Facility. Agreement On The Preliminary Design By The Ordering Party Will Be The Basis For Commencing Design Work.3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
