National Injury Insurance Agency Queensland (Niisq) (The Customer) Has Adopted The Appian Low-Code Cloud Platform To Build Core Business Applications. The Support And Development Of Appian Applications Is Vital To Deliver Agency Outcomes As The Applications Are Used To Manage And Record Participant Information, Including Legislated Artefacts Such As Support Plans And Decisions.The Customer Is Keen To Foster A Positive And Highly Collaborative Relationship With An Experienced And Capable Supplier. A Successful And Productive Relationship Between The Customer And Supplier Is Seen As Critical To Delivering Business Outcomes. Suppliers Are Asked To Provide: Incident Support And Standard Request Fulfillment Via A Service Desk; Application Development And Testing Services Embedded Into The Customers Software Delivery Function; Best Practise Advice And Guidance On How To Leverage The Appian Platform, And General Services That Ensure Successful Service Delivery.This Tender Is Seeking Appian Application Support And Development Services For An Initial Contract Period Of 2 (Two) Years With An Option To Extend For 2 (Two) Further 12-Month Periods At The Sole Discretion Of The Customer.All Support, Development And Testing Staff Who Have Access To The Customers Systems Must Be Physically Located In Australia.
