Hristo Botev, Town Sofia; Separate Position No. 3 - Construction And Installation Works For Reconstruction And New Construction Of Low Voltage Overhead Networks With The Removal Of Electricity Meter Panels At The Property Boundary In The District. Each Candidate/Participant Can Participate For All Designated Positions (One Or More Designated Positions, Up To The Maximum Number Of Designated Positions For The Subject Of The Order) Provided That It Meets The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Rules For The Implementation Of The Ppa (Ppppa) And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Including The Selection Criteria Specified In The Announcement And This Documentation. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Criterion For Awarding The Current Public Procurement When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. The Implementation Of All Specific Positions Will Start Simultaneously And A Contractor Who Has Concluded More Than One Contract Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Personnel And Equipment For The Timely And High-Quality Implementation Of All Contracts Concluded By Him.
