The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Susz Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), With The Implementing Provisions To The Act, With Related Provisions With This Act And Standards.2. The General Plan Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Implementing Acts, The Act On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments, As Well As With The Requirements Contained In In Separate Acts And Regulations Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And: Spatial Planning And Development, Environmental Protection, Nature Protection, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization Etc. And Personal Data Protection.3. The General Plan Should Be Prepared In Paper And Digital Form In The Following Standards: Text In Doc And Pdf Formats, Drawings And Plan In Jpg And Pdf Formats And In Vector Shp Form (In Accordance With The Guidelines For Planners Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract).
