Minimum Oil Parameters At The Reference Temperature:• Calorific Value Not Lower Than – 42.6 Mj/Kg• Density At 15ºc Not Higher Than – 860.0 Kg/M³• Kinematic Viscosity At 20ºc Not Higher Than –6.00Mm²/S ,• Flash Point Not Lower Than – 56ºc• Pour Point Not Higher Than – (-20ºc)• Residue After Ashing Max 0.01% (M/M)• Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.10% (M/M)• Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg• Red Color4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Within 2 Business Days And In Quantities Consistent With The Needs Of The Ordering Party In Single Deliveries Of Approximately 5,000 Liters.5. Delivery Orders Will Be Placed By Phone Or Via E-Mail On The Units Working Days And Hours From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M..6. The Actual Number Of Deliveries Made Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Amount Of Fuel Oil During The Duration Of The Contract Cannot Be Precisely Determined Because It Depends On Meteorological Conditions Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party.7. The Quantities Indicated In The Swz Are Estimates, Determined On The Basis Of Consumption In Previous Periods. These Quantities Will Be Accepted For Valuation And Comparison Of Offers And Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer.8. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Current Demand, Up To The Amount Of Funds Secured In The Contract, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Unrealized Deliveries Or Grounds For Refusing Deliveries.9. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Own Transport At His Expense And Risk, Using A Specialized Transport Vehicle Equipped With A Verified System For Quantitative Measurement Of Light Fuel Oil.10. Unloading Of Fuel Oil From The Tanker Truck To The Tank Will Take Place Using A Pump Attached To The Tanker Truck.11. Fuel Transport Should Meet The Requirements Of Relevant Fire Safety, Road Traffic And Environmental Protection Regulations.12. The Oil Will Be Collected By A Person Representing The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Readings Of Measuring Devices With Current Legalization Installed On The Contractors Delivery Units On The Basis Of The Issued Delivery Document.13. The Settlement Unit Will Be 1 M3 Of Fuel Oil Delivered To The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Boiler Room, Measured According To. Measuring Equipment Of The Tank At The Pouring Temperature.14.
