1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of The General Plan Of The Dobiegniew Commune Along With The Necessary Studies. 2. As Part Of The Indicated Tasks, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Necessary Activities To Be Performed During The Process Of Preparing And Adopting The General Plan, As Provided For In The Law.3. Within The Scope Of The Task, The Contractor Will Prepare A Draft General Plan Of The Commune Along With A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part In Accordance With The Requirements Provided For In The Acts Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Impact Assessments On The Environment And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It, And The Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item .54).4. After Preparing Each Study Covered By The Contract (Inventory, Ecophysiography, Draft Plan, Environmental Impact Forecast), The Contractor Will Provide Materials Electronically To Designated Contact Persons For Their Initial Verification And Acceptance. A Detailed Description Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Activities And Responsibilities, Is Included In Agreement, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Annex 7 To The Swz. 5.
