The Above-Mentioned Tasks Are Not Parts Of The Contract Under The Public Procurement Act. All Construction Works Covered By The Scope Of The Contract Have Been Described In Detail Using Design Documentation, Which Includes A Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural, Construction And Technical Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Terms Of Reference, And In Accordance With Which The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed.
