I. Description Of The Subject Of The Order.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 For The 3Mk Arena Ostrów Hall, On The Terms Specified In The Act Of April 10 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended). Amended) And In The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.2) The Task Includes 2 Ppes Connected To The Network Of The Distribution Network Operator Osd Ostrowski Zakład Ciepłowniczy S.A. For Which The Estimated Annual Volume Of Ordered Electricity Is 230,000 Kwh. For The 3Mk Arena Ostrów Facility And 210,000 Kwh For The Municipal Swimming Pool Olimpijska.3) For The Ppe In Question, There Are Contracts For The Purchase Of Electricity, Which Expire On December 31, 2024, And Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services (The 3Mk Arena Ostrów Hall And The Municipal Swimming Pool Olimpijska ).4) It Is The Obligation Of The Order Contractor To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Seller For The Ppe Covered By The Order And Concluding An Agreement For The Provision Of Distribution Services For Them.5) After Selecting The Contractor And Signing The Agreement, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With All The Necessary Data Required To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Supplier Within A Guarantee Period - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Currently Applicable Instruction For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network Of Ostrowski Zakład Ciepłowniczy S.A. - Commencement Of Deliveries On January 1, 2025.6) In The Event Of A Delay In The Commencement Of Deliveries Due To The Contractors Fault Compared To The Required Date Of January 1, 2025, Resulting In The Need For The Ordering Party To Conclude A Reserve Sales Agreement (Usr) Or The Need To Negotiate Electricity Supply Rates As A Result Of Extension Of Deliveries, The Contractor Will Pay The Ordering Party Compensation In The Amount Of The Difference Between The Rates In These Contracts And The Rates Offered In These Proceedings And Accepted In The Contract Between The Parties.
