A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Cpv Codes: 45.26.26.60-5 Asbestos Removal90.65.00.00-8 Asbestos Removal Services90.52.00.00-8 Radioactive, Toxic, Medical And Hazardous Waste Services5. The Contractors Settlement For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.6. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Require Taking Into Account Accessibility For Disabled People, And No Regulations Are Introduced In The Scope Of Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Are Incomplete, The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation.9. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.10. The Order In Question Is Co-Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted (Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Act).
