The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, Consisting In The Construction Of A Complex Of Sports Fields With The Necessary Infrastructure At The Youth Sociotherapy Center No. 8 At Ul. Podmokła 4 In Warsaw And Providing Authors Supervision Over Its Implementation. The Implementation Will Take Place In Two Stages: Stage I - Preparation Of The Entire Design Documentation, In Particular: A) Architectural And Construction Concept - The Concept Should Cover The Entire Task And Should Include Projections And Cross-Sections , Description, Specification Of Materials, Devices, Colors And Site Plan Of The Facilitys Location On The Plot, Visualization. C) Architectural And Construction Design On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Will Submit An Effective Notification To The Architectural And Construction Authority, The Contractors Obligations Include Close Cooperation With The Ordering Party In This Respect.
