Expression of Interest are invited for Mali - Evaluating the Impact of a Digital Training Intervention This Request for Expressions of Interest is to solicit interest from a consultant (survey firm) to conduct both the listing of midwives and the baseline data collection activities for this project. Interested firms should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The shortlisting criteria are: (i) Have demonstrated experience (at least three years) in conducting large-scale phone surveys, including experience with computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI), remote data quality monitoring, and phone survey protocols. (ii) Have considerable experience (at least five years) in managing large-scale household surveys and preferably experience surveying health practitioners. This includes the preparation of (CAPI) survey and training materials, training and supervising interviewers, maintaining records, and ensuring confidentiality of records; (iii) Have sufficient experience and capacity to manage survey logistics, including equipment, materials, and personnel; (iv) Have experience conducting research with human subjects; (v) Have experience in data collection in Western Africa, particularly in Mali; (vi) Have experience conducting surveys for impact evaluations. Experience on surveys for programs targeted to midwives or other health practitioners will be a plus; (vii) Have experience with electronic data collection (SurveyCTO, ODK, etc.), as well as with standard statistical software (Stata, SPSS).
