Vaccines – Tender For A Framework Contract Regarding Pneumococcal Vaccines 2025-2028. A Framework Agreement Is Being Offered With 1 Supplier For The Purchase Of Pneumococcal Vaccine For The Danish Vaccination Programme. The Vaccine Must Contain At Least Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Serotypes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6A, 6B, 7F, 9V, 14, 18C, 19A, 19F And 23F. The Vaccine May Contain Additional Serotypes. Additional Requirements For The Vaccine Appear In The Tender Material, Cf. Appendix 1 To The Framework Agreement. The Offered Vaccine Must Have A Marketing Authorization Valid For Denmark At The Time Of Submitting The Offer, And It Must Be Clear From The Current Version Of The Summary Of Product Charasteristics (Spc) That The Vaccine Meets The Requirements Specified In Appendix 1, Cf. The Tender Conditions Section 5. It Is Estimated That The Need For The Purchase Of Vaccines Is Basically 720,000 – 1,000,000 Doses During The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement (The Estimated Quantity), Based On The Estimated Consumption And The Current Danish Vaccination Programme. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure That Ssi Can Make The Necessary Purchases Of The Covered Vaccines For The Danish Market In Accordance With The Expected Need For Such Vaccines During The Term Of The Framework Agreement Of Up To 4 Years. The Purchase Under The Agreement Depends On The Decisions Made For The Public Vaccination Program And On The Vaccination Adherence In The Relevant Cohorts. If The Danish Vaccination Program Is Changed, Purchases Can Be Made Under The Framework Agreement, Provided That The Vaccine In Question Has Been Approved For Such Use By The Competent Approval Authorities. However, Ssi May Choose To Offer The Purchase Of Vaccines Instead, Either As A Replacement For Or As A Supplement To The Framework Agreement Entered Into, If It Is Deemed Most Appropriate. In View Of This And The Fact That The Total Need For Vaccines Can Thus Vary Considerably, Ssi Can Overall Purchase Up To 1,250,000 Doses Of Vaccines (The Maximum Quantity) According To The Framework Agreement During Its Term, Cf. See Appendix 2 To The Framework Agreement.
