In This Tender, Landsbyggefonden (Ordering Authority) Wishes To Obtain Offers For The Supply And Operation Of The Rent Register System, Supply Of A Master Data System And Esdh System As Well As Maintenance And Further Development Of All Three Systems. The Contract Includes Delivery And Operation Of The Ordering Partys Rent Register. The Rent Register Contains Information About Tenants And Housing In The Public Sector. The System Must Be Operated In The Suppliers Environment. The Contract Also Includes Delivery Of A System For Handling The Orderers Master Data Register. The Master Data Register Is A Register Of All Public Housing In Denmark. The Register Primarily Receives Data From The Social And Housing Authoritys System Bossinf (Stb) And Is Used As A Starting Point For All The Ordering Partys Self-Service Solutions, Just As Data Is Passed On To A Number Of Recipients, Including Statistics Denmark. The System Must Be Operated In The Ordering Partys It Environment. The Contract Also Includes The Delivery Of An Esdh System For Handling The Ordering Partys Case And Journal Index. The System Must Be Operated In The Ordering Partys It Environment. The Client Has Several Focus Areas For The Systems, And The Following Must Be Highlighted In Particular: Data Quality, Optimal Operation, As Well As Accessibility And Integrations To Other Systems. In Addition, Timely Delivery And Stable Operation Must Be Prioritized At All Times In Relation To New, Untested Functionalities. These Are Therefore Systems That Make Particularly Stringent Demands On The Supplier With Regard To The Integrity Of Data, Confidentiality And Availability. The Supplier Must Ensure That The Systems Can Be Moved And Migrated To Another Operating Environment Without Unnecessary Complications If The Ordering Party Wishes To Submit A Change Request To This Effect During The Term Of The Contract. The Contract Also Requires The Supplier To Maintain The Systems, And The Supplier Must Ensure That The Systems Function Correctly. The Supplier Must Also Ensure That The Master Data System And The Esdh System Have The Best Possible Optimized Operation In The Ordering Partys It Environment Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
