Lockers – Framework Agreement For The Delivery, Assembly, Maintenance And Repair Of Student Lockers At Schools Run By The Hanseatic And University City Of Rostock. The Hanseatic And University City Of Rostock Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Delivery And Assembly As Well As Maintenance And Repair Of Student Lockers At Schools Run By The Hanseatic And University City Of Rostock. The Framework Agreement Concerns The Delivery And Assembly Of An Estimated Total Of A Maximum Of 2,000 Student Lockers At Around 30 Schools. The Contract Is Scheduled To Begin On April 1, 2025. Delivery And Assembly (Connecting The Lockers To Each Other And To The Building) Should Take Place Between May 15Th, 2025 And March 31St, 2028 Upon Request By The Respective School. The Framework Agreement Also Concerns Maintenance And Repair Services On The Student Lockers Delivered And Is To Be Carried Out Annually During The Summer Holidays In The State Of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. For The First Time In Summer 2026. The Repair Needs Identified During Maintenance Work Will Be Transmitted To The Client, Who Will Decide On The Next Steps. Cleaning Services Should Also Be Carried Out During Maintenance Work. The First Maintenance And Cleaning Services Are Scheduled To Be Carried Out From July 13Th To August 21St, 2026. Further Scheduling In The Following Years Will Be Made In Consultation With The Client. By Retrieving School Lockers Annually, Maintenance And Cleaning Services Will Increase Annually. The Client Can Order Special Cleaning Separately During The Year. The Maintenance, Repair And Cleaning Services May Extend Beyond The Delivery And Assembly Period. An Extension Lasts One Year. The Maximum Contract Term May Not Exceed March 31, 2028.
