Ratp, Public Establishment Of Industrial And Commercial Character, And Its Subsidiary Ratp Dev, Have Joined Forces To Launch A Call For Tenders With A View To Awarding A Framework Agreement Relating To The Design And Installation Of Simulators Tram Driving Training. The Purpose Of This Procurement Notice Is Therefore The Design And Installation Of Tram Driving Training Simulators As Well As Their Maintenance In Operational Condition. The Simulators Supplied To Ratp Will Be Deployed In The Four Training Rooms Of The T1, T2, T3a And T3b Tram Lines Operated By The Epic Ratp Network And Located Within The Maintenance And Storage Sites (Smr) Located In The Ile-De-France Region. From-France. The Number Of Simulators To Be Deployed For Ratp Is Twelve. Each Training Room Will Be Equipped With A “Trainer/Designer” Station And Two “Student” Stations. On Behalf Of Its Subsidiary Ratp Dev, Three Simulators Will Be Deployed In A Training Room Located In The City Of Lyon. This Training Room Will Be Equipped With A “Trainer/Designer” Station And Two “Student” Stations. The Set Of Simulators Specific To Each Of The Two Legal Entities Is Hereinafter Referred To As The “Tramway Driving Simulator”. This Contract Will Take The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders On Fixed Prices And Unit Prices Integrating A Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount. The Services Included In The Minimum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Are As Follows: - The Implementation Of The Ratp Tramway Driving Simulator; - The Supply Of Equipment Including Licenses Assigned To Ratp And Their Support Until The End Of The Warranty. The Services Included In The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Are As Follows: - Services Of The Minimum Amount; - Maintaining The Ratp Tramway Driving Simulator In Operational Condition For A Period Of 1 To 10 Years; - Support For Licenses Assigned To Ratp Acquired For Minimum Market Services For A Period Ranging From 1 To 10 Years; - The Implementation Of The Tramway Driving Simulator From The Ratp Dev Subsidiary; - The Supply Of Equipment Including Licenses Assigned To The Ratp Dev Subsidiary And Their Support Until The End Of The Warranty; - The Integration Of The Specificities Of Tramway Signaling From The Ratp Dev Subsidiary; - Maintaining The Tramway Driving Simulator Of The Ratp Dev Subsidiary In Operational Condition For A Period Ranging From 1 To 10 Years; - Support For Licenses Assigned To The Ratp Dev Subsidiary Acquired During Implementation For A Period Ranging From 1 To 10 Years; - Additional Services Within The Limit Of 40% Of The Minimum Contract Amount Including: * Additional Training Services, * Carrying Out Specific Developments On Estimate; *Purchasing Additional Supplies. The Framework Agreement Subject To This Notice May Be Concluded For A Maximum Period Of 158 Months From The Date Indicated.
