Specific Item No. 1: Specific Supplies And Kits For Teaching And Research With Molecular Methods Specific Item No. 2: Diagnostic Tests And Dyes For Microbiological Work Separate Item No. 3: Permanent Microscopic Preparations Specific Item No. 4: Reagents For Cytogenetic And Molecular Cytogenetic Work (Fluorescence Microscopy) Separate Position No. 5. Materials And Consumables For The Needs Of The Department Of Biology, Medical Genetics And Microbiology At The Faculty Of Medicine Of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Assigned In Accordance With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Civil Code) The Subject Matter Of The Public Procurement For Each Of The Individual Items Will Be Referred To In This Documentation As Item/S Or Delivery/S For Brevity. The Detailed Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Part Ii Technical Specifications And Terms For The Execution Of The Order Of The Documentation For Participation, And The Items (Laboratory Reagents, Consumables, Microscopic Preparations, Etc.), Subject To The Individual Separate Items , As Well As Their Estimated Quantities, Cuts, Units Of Measurement And Additional Technical Parameters Are Detailed In Appendix 1 - Technical Specifications (Sheets In Ms Excel Format), Published On The Buyers Profile To The Electronic File Of This Order. The Subject Of The Order Envisages Making Periodic Deliveries, If There Is A Need For Laboratory Consumables And Reagents, And The Frequency Of Deliveries During The Validity Of The Contracts Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The End Users (Applicants From The Structure Of The Contracting Authority). The Item Types And Quantities Indicated In Appendix 1 - Technical Specifications (Tables Ms Excel Format) Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Order Any Kind Or In Full Volume. The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To Minimum Or Maximum Quantities For The Delivery Of The Items From The Respective Specific Item. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To The Option For Additional Supplies If Necessary To Provide Cuts And Items That Are Not Specified By Type And Quantity In Appendix 1 - Technical Specifications (Tables In Ms Excel Format) Of This Documentation. The Additional Supplies Should Be Of The Same Section, Group And Class Of The Cpv (Common Terminology Related To Public Procurement), And Can Be Implemented With The Same Capacity, Experience And Capabilities Required By The Participants In The Procedure. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Ppa, The Contracting Authority Foresees That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants In The Present Procurement Procedure Shall Be Carried Out Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria.
