The Catering Service Includes: 1) Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Meals For A Group Of On Average 90 Children Of Preschool Age (3 - 6 Years Old) - One Dish (3 Times A Week A Second Course And 2 Times A Week A Soup With An Insert); 2) Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Meals For A Group Of An Average Of 165 Students (Aged 7-15) Attending Primary Schools - One Dish (Main Course Three Times A Week And Soup With A Side Dish Twice A Week). 3. All Schools Have Dining Rooms Suitable For Serving Meals. 4. Meals Should Be Delivered: - In Thermos Flasks From Which They Will Be Served Into Disposable Dishes Or, If The Meal Is Three-Component, In Disposable Dishes - Applies To The Primary Schools In Kaczorów, Lipa And Sady Górne, - In Thermos Flasks From Which They Will Be Served To The Ordering Partys Dishes - Applies To Kindergarten Section Of The Primary School In Bolków (Approximately 60 Meals), - In Disposable Dishes (Ready-To-Serve Meals) - Applies To The Primary School In Bolkow. 5. Estimated Daily Number Of Meals: - Primary School In Bolków Approx. 155 Meals A Day - Primary School In Kaczorowo 45 Meals A Day - Primary School In Lipa Approx. 45 Meals A Day - Primary School In Sady Górne Approx. 10 Meals A Day, Total Approx. 255 Meals A Day. 255 Meals Per Day X 180 Days Of Service = 45,900 Meals Throughout The Contract Period. 6. The Given Quantities Of Ordered Meals (Dinners) Are Estimates - Due To An Unforeseen Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Children Receiving Lunches During The School Year, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Number Of Ordered Lunches In Relation To The Quantities Specified In The Contract. . The Contractor Sets The Minimum Number Of Meals Throughout The Duration Of The Contract In The Amount Of 18,360 Meals (I.E. 40% Of The Estimated Number Of Meals) For All The Above-Mentioned. Branches. Such A Circumstance Cannot Be A Reason For Terminating The Contract Or Constitute A Basis For Filing Claims For Unrealized Deliveries. The Number Of Meals May Change And Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children/Students. The Method And Date Of Providing Information About The Number Of Meals For A Given Day Will Be Agreed With The Contractor Before The Start Of The Order. 7. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period: From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. The Commencement Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement In January 2025 Will Take Place No Later Than January 14, 2025, And In September 2025 Not Later Than Two Weeks From The Beginning Of The 2025/2026 School Year.
