The Scope Of Works According To The Design And Build Formula Includes, Among Others: 1) Design Works: Design Works For The Above-Mentioned Task Include: A) Preparation Of A Construction Design And Obtaining For It The Following Regulations: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits (On Behalf Of The Investor) Necessary To Submit The Works - 3 Copies, B) Preparation Of The Investors Cost Estimate Along With The Bill Of Quantities Prepared On The Basis Of The Pfu Of The Submitted Offer - 2 Copies,C) Preparation Of Executive Documentation - 3 Copies,D) Preparation Of A List Of Materials And Equipment - 1 Copy,E) Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 2 Copies,F) Preparation Of An As-Built Design - 1 Copy.2) Construction Works - Installation:A) Comprehensive Execution Of Works Related To The Order.B) Delivery And Assembly Of Complete New Elements And Devices With Commissioning.C) Delivery A Set Of Equipment, Markings, Instructions, Individual And Collective Protective Equipment In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection, Required By Specific Regulations For The Proper Operation Of The Facility. D) Complete Marking Of The Facility, Zones And Other Elements Of The Installation Requiring Marking, E.G. An Information Board. E) Delivery Of Complete O&M Acceptance Documentation, Declaration Of Compliance With Standards Or Other Reference Documents Authorizing Materials And Devices For Use In Construction.F) Carrying Out Other Works Resulting From Ensuring The Implementation Of The Requirements Of This Ffu And Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility.G) Providing The Necessary Data And Documents Relating To The Entire Investment Process In Terms Of Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Regarding Both Construction Law And Environmental Protection.3) The Assumptions Of The Ffu Should Be Treated As Superior, However, It Is Recommended To Make A Site Visit And Check The Work Site And Their Surroundings In Order To Verify The Assumptions Of The Functional And Utility Program (Bills Of Quantities Are A Supplement And Are An Illustrative Document).
