Participants Of The Day Care Home For Seniors In Nisko Are Dependent People Over 60 Years Of Age, Living In The Commune And Town Of Nisko, Who Require Partial Care Due To Age, Health Or Disability Support Due To The Inability To Independently Perform At Least One Of The Basic Activities Of Daily Living. -The Daily Number Of People Covered By The Transport Service Is Approximately 15 People - Ddp Participants. Chopina 31 (Ddp) - Nowosielec - Kończyce - Zarzecze - Racławice - Wolina - Nowa Wieś - Podwolina - Nisko (Ddp) Approximate Daily Number Of Kilometers - 90 Km Due To The Specific Type Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Not Possible To Precisely Estimate The Number Of Kilometers. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transport Participants From Specific Places/Stops Determined By The Ordering Party And Provided To The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Designate The Route So That The Number Of Kilometers Traveled Is As Economical As Possible. Services Will Be Provided Every Day, I.E. From Monday To Friday, On Working Days, Excluding Public Holidays, During The Opening Hours Of The Facility From 8.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M. Delivery Is Expected At: 8.00 - 9.00, And Transport Of Participants After Classes - At 15.00 – 16.00. The Contractor Must Have A Vehicle/Vehicles To Complete The Order, I.E. Fully Operational, With Valid Diagnostic Tests, Ensuring The Safety And Comfort Of Passengers And Enabling The Transport Of People With Disabilities; The Vehicle/Vehicles Should Meet Technical Requirements Enabling Safe Entry And Exit Of People With Disabilities, Including: In A Wheelchair Or On Crutches (Hydraulic Lift With Electric Drive Or Platform), With A Wheelchair Fastening Along With A Passenger During Transport; The Vehicle Should Be Appropriately Marked And Appropriate Health And Safety And Hygiene Conditions Must Be Ensured, Including Efficient Air Conditioning And Heating.
