1. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil Or Equivalent To The Ordering Partys Storage Tanks With The Parameters Specified In Particular In The Pn-C-96024 Standard, Confirmed With Each Delivery By Appropriate Documents, For The Needs Of The District Office In Sokołów Podlaski And Subordinate Units In The Amount Of Approximately 120,000 Liters. B) Fuel Oil Should Be Delivered To The Contractors Own Cost And Risk, Subject To The Right To Limit The Quantity During The Execution Of The Contract. C) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quantity If The Actual Oil Consumption Is Lower Than The Estimated One. D) Price Information: The Delivered Quantity Of Heating Oil Will Be Determined At The Actual Temperature. Heating Oil Will Be Sold At The Net Price Applicable To The Manufacturer On The Day Of Placing The Order (Given On Manufacturers Website) With A Fixed Discount (Discount Proposed By The Contractor In The Offer Form) And In The Quantity Ordered By The Ordering Party At The Actual Temperature Plus Applicable Vat). The Price Referred To Above Includes Transport, Insurance, Loading And Tax Costs As Well As All Other Costs Of The Contractor. E) The Heating Oil Will Be Delivered By The Contractor In A Road Tanker Equipped With A Legal Meter Measuring The Amount Of Oil And A Printer. F) For Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Pay At His Own Expense. Provide A Document Confirming The Required Quality Of Fuel Oil, Including Compliance With The Parameters Listed In 5.3 Letter A) And Documents Allowing Identification Of The Manufacturer From Whom The Contractor Purchased The Supplied Oil. G) The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel Oil Upon A Telephone Or E-Mail Request From The Employers Representative.
