Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Construction Waste Code 17 02 03. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Construction Waste Code 17 02 03 (Construction Materials) In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. Currently, The Ordering Party Accepts Approximately 15-20Mg Per Year, However, Due To The Need To Sort Construction Waste, The Ordering Party Expects An Increase In The Stream Of This Waste, Which Cannot Be Guaranteed. 3. The Amount Of Waste Covered By The Order Is Up To 80 Mg, Including The Basic Order 40 Mg, Optional Up To 40 Mg. 4. The Option Is Specified In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed. 5. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party - Headquarters Of Zgok Sp. Z O. O. In Olsztyn, Ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn. 6. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Implemented In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 7. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To The Entity That Has The Decision Specified In Art. 27 Section 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 8. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 9. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 10. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In View Of Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Capabilities Are Relied Upon Within The Meaning Of The Directive 2014/24/Ue, If They Account For More Than 10% Of The Contract Value.
