Scope of work: Basmeh & Zeitooneh is seeking to engage a proficient English Trainer to conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing the English language skills of participants. This opportunity is open to individual trainers or training companies who possess the necessary expertise and experience in English language instruction. Before the commencement of the course, the trainees must conduct a placement test in order to classify them into three groups according to their level of language The selected English Trainer will be responsible for conducting online training sessions over a period of approximately three months. The course will consist of two sessions per week for each group, a total of 72 sessions with an average duration of 90 minutes per session. The primary objectives of the training program are as follows: Enhancing oral and written communication skills in English (writing - speaking - listening) Improving language skills through interactive learning. To enhance participants proficiency in utilizing English for everyday activities and practical scenarios. Qualifications and Skills Required: A proven track record of conducting successful English language training programs, preferably in an online format Expertise in designing and delivering customized training modules to meet the diverse learning needs of participants Strong proficiency in English language, both spoken and written Experience in administering pre-assessment tests and adapting training content based on assessment results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants effectively in virtual learning environments Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences, as well as the commitment to equal opportunities.
