Tenders are invited for Supply of Stationery and Sundry Items (Photocopy, Foolscap and Other Paper, Files, File Covers, Fax Rolls, Calculators, Paper Rolls, Typewriter Ribbons, Envelopes, Ledger Sheets, Binders, Pencils, Pens, Markers, Clips, Pins, Ink and Batteries, Sharpeners, Scissors, Erasers, Highlighters, Tipp-Ex, Stapler Machines and Removers, Punchers, Gum Bottles, Cellotape, Pvc Tape, Masking Tape, Cellotape Dispensers, Foot Rulers, Filing Pockets, Paper Fasteners, Filing Lace, Plastic Folders, Name Card Holders, Brochure Holders, Office Trays, Paper and Pen Holders, Stamp Pads, Carbon Paper, Transparency Sheets, Rubber Bands, Twine, Sealing Wax, Candles, Polythene Bags, Waste-Paper Baskets, Carton Boxes, Cloth Bags (Coin / Cash), Padlocks etc.) Applications are invited from Registered Business establishments who wish to register themselves with the Bank for the supply of the undermentioned goods and services for the year 2025 / 2026 Application for registration should be made on the prescribed application form. Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Department of Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, No. 450, Galle Road, Colombo 03 on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000/- for each item. Acceptance of cash and issuing application forms: between 09:00 am to 02:30 pm on business days of the Bank. Applications should reach the undersigned on or before 20.12.2024 by Registered Post or by hand marked "Registration of Suppliers - 2025/2026 Item No ." on the top left corner of the envelope (the item numbers should be stated as they appear above). Separate applications should be submitted for each item if registration is sought for more than one item. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application for registration without assigning any reason.
