The Contract Includes The Removal Of 143 Parking Meters, The Supply Of Installation Of 70 New Parking Meters As Well As Their Upkeep/Maintenance And Their Collection For The Operation Of Paid Parking On The Citys Roads (Approximately 2,000 Spaces). This Public Market Is Composite. It Includes Part I, At A Global And Fixed Price And Part Ii, At Unit Prices In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Articles R.2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 3 Years Of Operation. It Is Renewable Twice For One Year, For A Maximum Of 5 Years. The Services Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications
