Tenders are invited for Civil Work Construction with Supply and Installation of Pipes and Fittings & Transportation & Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment for Kanate Biya Water Supply Project (Rural Pipe System) Found in Ababo Guduru Woreda of H/G/Wallaga Zone. Bid closing date: 24 December 2024 at 11:00 A.M in the morning Bid opening date: 24 December2024 at 11:30 A.M in the morning Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 800.00 Birr Bid bond: 245,000.00 Birr 6. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 800.00 (Eight hundred Birr only). The method of payment will be direct cash payment to the counter cashier at the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 24 December 2024 at 11:00 A.M in the morning. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 24 December2024 at 11:30 A.M in the morning. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 245,000.00 (Ethiopian Birr Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand only) in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized Banks using the form in Section 4 of the bidding document or in the form of Cashier Payment Order (CPO). Peak annual construction turnover: The Bidder shall demonstrate a minimum average annual construction turnover of ETB 19.65 million calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last five (5) years. Specific Experience: The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has successfully completed: (i) 1 (one) contract within the last 5 (five) years prior to bid submission deadline with a value of at least ETB 17.20 million that have been successfully and substantially completed and that are similar in nature and complexity to the assignment under the Contract supported with the names of the clients, types and value of the contract.
