Tenders Are Invited For Transportation Of Cargo - Decorations, Costumes, Props, Etc. For The Needs Of The National Theater «Ivan Vazov» In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Beyond It

The Scope Of The Services Awarded With This Public Procurement Includes The Freight Transportation Of Sets, Costumes, Props, Lighting, Sound And/Or Other Theatrical Equipment Of The National Theater Ivan Vazov On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Abroad With The Provided By The Contractor Goods Road Transport Vehicles (Rtvs). It Is Envisaged That The Provision Of The Service Will Be Along A Route Determined By The Request Of The Contracting Authority, Previously Prepared For Each Individual Case By The Contracting Authority And Disclosed To The Contractor With A Contract Letter, With The Average Annual Volume Of Transport Services Being About 30,000 Km Mileage. Two Activities Are Involved In The Implementation Of The Transport Service: 1.1. Activity No. 1 - Transportation Of Goods With The Means Of Transport For Carrying Out Transportation On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria; 1.2. Activity No. 2 - Carrying Out International Transport Of Goods With The Means Of Transport For Carrying Out The Transport Outside The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, In Eu Countries Or Outside The Community. The Term Of Execution Of The Contract Is 12 (Twelve) Months And Begins To Run From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Participant Must Have At Least The Following Own, Rented Or Leased Means Of Transport With A Loading Method - Side, Rear, As The Necessary Number Of Freight Vehicles For The Qualitative, Accurate And On-Time Performance Of Assigned Tasks Is Specified In The Request For Each Specific Case, And The Same Must Meet The Following Conditions: Truck Without Trailer Up To 3.5 Tons, Tarpaulin Or Van - Main And Spare; Solo Cargo Truck Over 3.5 Tons, Tarpaulin Or Van - Main And Spare; Truck With Trailer 15.5 Tons, Tarpaulin Or Van - Main And Spare; Tractor With Semi-Trailer 13, 6 Tons, Tarpaulin Or Van - Main And Spare.
