Tenders are invited for Supply of Laboratory Consumables. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Suppliers can register for one or more items if necessary. 2. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- should be paid for each item and separate applications should be submitted according to supplies and services. Application should be submitted along with the receipt obtained upon payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs.500/ to the Shroff of the National Blood Center from 25-11-2024 up to 10.30 a.m. on 25-12-2024. (Cheques and money orders will not be accepted) 3. Self-prepared application, as per-the specimen given below, along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate should either be sent by registered post addressed to Director, National Blood Center or deposited in the box kept at the room of the accountant of this institution to receive at or before 2.30 p.m. on 25-12-2024. 4. Left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application should be marked "Registration of suppliers 2025" 5. Suppliers must agree to supply goods and services on credit basis for at least a month. 6.
