Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, In Particular: A) Developing The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating For Activity, Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training And Supporting, Also In The Form Of Assisting In Everyday Life Life Activities;B) Intervention And Assistance In Family Life;C) Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters;D) Support And Assistance In Obtaining Employment;E) Assistance In Managing Money; 2. Care - As Support For The Process Treatment, Including: A) Assistance In Access To Health Services; B) Arranging And Monitoring The Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests; C) Assistance In Purchasing Or Ordering Medications At A Pharmacy; D) Monitoring The Intake Of Medications And Monitoring Possible Side Effects Of Their Use; E) In Particularly Justified Cases, Changing Dressings, Assistance In The Use Of Medical Aids And Materials, Orthopedic Items, As Well As In Maintaining Hygiene; F) Assistance In Reaching Service Facilities Health;G) Assistance In Reaching Rehabilitation Facilities;3. Physical Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Impaired Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2561, As Amended): A) In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or Physiotherapy, B) Cooperation With Specialists In The Field Of Psychological, Pedagogical And Educational Support Therapeutic Aiming At Multilateral Activation Of The Person Using Specialist Services;4. Housing Assistance, Including: A) Assistance In Obtaining An Apartment, Negotiating And Paying Fees B) Assistance In Organizing Minor Renovations5. Providing Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders With Access To Rehabilitation, Revalidation And Educational Activities, In Exceptional Cases, If It Is Not Possible To Obtain Access To The Activities Referred To In Art. 7 Of The Act Of August 19, 1994.
