The Aim Of The Work Is To Provide Information Enabling Tracking Progress In Achieving Air Protection Policy Goals By Analyzing And Developing Air Quality Data Obtained By The Ordering Party As Part Of The State Environmental Monitoring (Pmś), For National Needs (Ministry Of Climate And Environment And Other Decision-Making Centers And Society) And For The Purposes Of Reporting To The European Commission (Through The European Environment Agency - Eea) - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In National And European Union Law. This Goal Is Directly Related To The Implementation Of Polands Reporting Obligations In The Field Of Monitoring And Air Quality Assessment Specified In Decision 2011/850/Eu And Resulting From The Provisions Of Directives 2004/107/Ec And 2008/50/Ec, As Amended By Directive 2015/1480, Transposed To The Act - Environmental Protection Law, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, And The Implementing Regulations. 3.
