Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services For The Elderly And Providing Personal Assistant Services To People With Disabilities

The Subject Of The Order For Part I Are Care Services For Elderly People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It. Care Services Will Consist In Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment.1. Care Services Are To Be Provided In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2028 For People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require Partial Care And Assistance In Meeting Their Necessary Life Needs From Other People, And Are Are Deprived Of This Assistance Or This Assistance Is Insufficient.2. The Chaperone Will Look After Three Participants. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Care Services During The Order Period Is Approximately 5,760 Hours (Monthly Max. 40 Hours For One Participant, Total For Three Participants Max. 120 Hours). By An Hour Of Providing Services, The Ordering Party Understands A Clock Hour (60 Minutes) Counted As The Actual Time Worked At The Customers Home, Excluding The Time Of Traveling Or Reaching The Customers Place Of Residence. The Ordering Party Will Only Pay For The Hours Of Services Actually Provided.3. The Ordering Party Reserves And The Contractor Acknowledges That He Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction In The Number Of Environments And The Number Of Hours.4. Care Services Should Be Tailored To The Specific Needs Of The Participant, In Particular They Should Include: - Taking Care Of The Hygiene And Appearance Of The Person Requiring Help And Their Place Of Residence, - Assistance In Everyday Self-Service Activities, - Making Necessary Purchases, - Preparing Or Delivering Meals, - Maintaining Contacts With Environment, - Assistance In Organizing And Spending Free Time, - Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters, - Care As Supporting The Treatment Process, In Particular: Assistance In Accessing Health Services, Monitoring Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests, Assistance In The Supply Of Medicines, Assistance In The Supply Of Orthopedic Aids And Items, - Assistance In Administering Medications In Accordance With The Doctors Recommendations, The Scope Of Services Will Be Adapted To The Individual Needs Of The Participant.5. Care Services Will Be Provided At The Participants Place Of Residence 7 Days A Week, Taking Into Account The Participants Needs.6. The Contractor Will Provide Services To A Specific Client In Accordance With The Procedures Specified Below: - Information About The Granting Of Services, The Start Date And The Amount Will Be Provided By Phone Or E-Mail By An Employee Of The Ordering Party. This Information Will Be Confirmed By The Order Card For The Provision Of Care Services In Writing Without Undue Delay, - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect The Order Card For The Provision Of Care Services From The Ordering Party Before The Date Of Provision Of Service
