Verification Of The Design Solutions Developed By The Contractor In Scope Of The Construction Design In Terms Of Their Validity And Admissibility, Taking Into Account Legal And Contractual Formal Requirements And The Best Currently Available Technical Knowledge (Completed Issuance Of The Scientific Supervision Position). 2. Verification Of The Design Solutions Developed By The Contractor In The Field Of Executive/Technological/Technical Designs In Terms Of Their Validity And Admissibility, Taking Into Account Legal And Contractual Formal Requirements And The Best Currently Available Technical Knowledge, Including, Among Others: An Addition To The Geological And Engineering Documentation [Including The Probability Of Gas Occurrence In The Massif (Type Of Gas, Gas Pressure, Contact Zones)] And Hydrogeological Documentation, Mining Plant Operation Plan And Rescue Action Plan (Concluded With The Issuance Of The Scientific Supervision Position). 3.
