Development Of Projects Together With The Implementation Of Works In The Scope (Part B): 1) Railway Traffic Control Devices (Srk), 2) Construction And Reconstruction Of Telecommunications Networks And Devices 3. Option For An Interface : 1) Installation Of Linear Locking Devices On The Maksymilianowo - Kotomierz Route 2) Installation Of The Ertms/Etcs Level 2 System 4. Implementation Of Works Involving The Construction Of Facilities For Environmental Protection. 5. As-Built Documentation. Ii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Presented In The Scope Of Part A: The Descriptive And Drawing Parts Of The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Volume Iii Of The Swz And In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting A Separate Volume Iv Of The Swz, And Also In The Scope Of Part B Was Presented In The Ffu Constituting Volume Iii Of The Swz. Iii. Order Completion Period Order Execution Period: 51 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, In Accordance With § 4 Of The Contract Terms And Conditions, Contained In Volume Ii Of The Swz, Including: 1) Completion Of All Works (Subject To The Point Below And Excluding The Interface Option), Confirmed Completion Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Including Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Related To The Certification Process Along With With Certificates Issued By A Notified Body And A Complete Application To The Office Of Rail Transport - 42 (Forty-Two) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, 2) Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For The Operation Of Structural Subsystems, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act - No Longer Than Within 9 (Nine) Months From The Date Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party.
