By Main Service A. Operation, Support And Maintenance: Operation, Support And Maintenance Must Follow The Customers Requirements And Meet Predefined Service Targets. By Main Service B. Further Development: Development Of New Functionality And Further Development Of Existing Functionality. Regarding Main Service C.
