Purpose of the End-Line Survey The end-line survey aims to: Assess Budget Alignment: Evaluate how well budget priorities reflect citizen concerns. Evaluate Citizen Engagement: Measure the scope of citizen involvement in voicing priorities and participating in the council planning process and other events. Analyze Council Responsiveness: Determine how effectively the commune council responds to citizen needs and priorities. Identify Improvement Areas: Gather feedback on successes and areas for improvement to enhance future program effectiveness. Survey Scope The survey will target three key groups of respondents: Households and village chief: To capture citizen perspectives on budget priorities and engagement. Commune Administration: To understand administrative views on responsiveness and citizen participation. District Administration: To gather insights on broader governance and budgeting frameworks. Data Analysis Data collected will be analyzed using appropriate statistical methods for quantitative data, and qualitative data from FGDs will be thematically analyzed to draw insights related to the objectives of the survey.
