Offers Are Submitted For All The Requested Systems/Applications/Services/Deliverables Due To The Cohesive Relationships Of The Individual Departments, The Single Nature Of The Service, The Need To Homogenize The Directly Related Deliverables Of The Individual Departments/Services, As Well As For The Smooth Implementation Of The Actions With The Best Coordination Of All The Foreseen Works In The Particularly Limited Time Frame Of The Project Based On The Rules Of The Financing Program.
