Dividing The Order Into Parts, In The Case Of Homogeneous Services, Would Lead To An Increase In The Costs Of Providing The Service And Would Make Its Coordination More Difficult. Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Ensures Better Efficiency In Service Management And Supervision Of Its Implementation, Especially In The Context Of Environmental Protection Regulations That Regulate Waste Management. Moreover, Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Involve The Risk Of Differences In The Prices Of Services Provided In Individual Parts, Which Could Lead To Unjustified Social Protests Related To The Rates Of Fees For Municipal Waste Management.
