The Tendered Framework Agreement Includes Tasks Relating To Construction Management, Scrutiny And Working Environment Coordination In Connection With Major Restoration And Restoration Projects As Well As Minor Tasks In The States Listed And Non-Listed Buildings Throughout Denmark With A Construction Sum Of Over Dkk 10 Million, As Described In The Tender Material Available At Https://Www.Ribsoftware.Com/Dk/ With Tender Number Tn304153a. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Tenders Acts Procedures For Limited Tenders, Cf. Sections 58-60 Of The Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 Of 15 December 2015 With Subsequent Amendments). The Tendered Contract Will Be Awarded To One Tenderer. The Contract Will Be Entered Into On The Basis Of The Terms And Conditions That Appear In The Tender Documents, Including The Draft Contract With Annexes. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Approx. Dkk 40 Million Excl. Vat In A 4-Year Agreement Period. The Value Is Based On The Nature Of The Services That The Client Expects To Purchase Under The Framework Agreement. The Tenderer Can At No Time Assert A Right To The Estimated Value, Which Is Why The Tenderer Is At No Time Entitled To Turnover Under The Framework Agreement. The Application Will Not Be Taken Into Account If The Applicant Is Covered By These Grounds For Exclusion And The Applicant Does Not Subsequently Document His Reliability In Accordance With § 138 Of The Public Procurement Act. Applicants Who Wish To Be Prequalified Must, In Accordance With § 148 Of The Public Procurement Act, Submit An Application In Form Of Completed Espd. The Espd Must Contain The Information That Appears In The Tender Material, Including The Tender Notice. The Submitted Espd Is The Applicants Own Declaration Of Suitability And That The Applicant Is Not Covered By The Grounds For Exclusion Applicable To The Tender. The Applicant Must Be Aware That It Is The Applicants Sole Responsibility That The Pre-Qualification Request (Espd) Is Complete And Complies With All Requirements.
