Mieszka I The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Technical Specification (Annex No. 7A To The Swz) And Planting Proposals Constituting Annexes To The Swz: - Annex No. 8A1-8A6 - Plantings Along The Dtś - Annex No. 8B - Plantings At Ul. Pijarska - Annex No. 8C - Plantings At Ul. Bohdanowicza - Annex No. 8D1-8D6 - Plantings At Ul. Tysiąclecia And Ul. Mieszka I Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Service Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
