Work Detail
Data Collection And Collation Services – Update Hwgk - Framework Agreement Dl1 Data: Quality Assurance And Specialist Advice. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Eu Flood Risk Management Directive, Baden-Württemberg Created Flood Hazard Maps (Hwgk) For Around 12,300 Kilometers Of River By 2015 (See Www.Hochwasserbw.De). Approximately 50 Tb Of Data Was Created For This Purpose, Which Is Stored And Visualized At The State Environmental Agency (Lubw). This Involves Raster Data (Water Levels, Flood Depths) And Vector Data. All Information Is Stored In Regionally Distributed Geodatabases (Esri-Gdb). The Map Or Data Sets Must Be Updated Regularly And Adapted To New Findings (E.G. Terrain Modifications, Changes In And Around The Body Of Water). Two Concepts Were Introduced For This Purpose: With Area-By-Area Updating, Entire River Catchment Areas Are Recreated. Local Adjustments Are Made As Required By A Project Sponsor As Part Of The Implementation Of Measures. Only A Local Area Of The Hwgk Is Exchanged. Requirements And Methodological Description For The Creation / Updating Of The Hwgk Are Described In The Hydraulics Service Description And Presented In The Corresponding Process Diagrams # The Rps Is In Charge Of The Project Management And Coordinates The Nationwide Work. The Technical Project Management Hwgk Consists Of The Project Management (Rps) And Service Providers (Dl) From The Areas Of Data, Hydraulics, Hydrology, Surveying And Tendering Procedures. They Advise The Project Management. This Also Includes Committee Work And Technical Advice To The Four Regional Councils, The 44 Lower Water Authorities And The Engineering Offices Responsible For The Hydraulic And Hydrological Calculations. In Addition, The Service Providers Accompany, Support And Advise On Tendering Processes. # The Main Task Is To Ensure The Quality Of The Submitted Result Data Of The Hydraulic And Hydrological Calculations In The Respective Specialist Areas According To Defined Technical Criteria. These Must Be Further Developed In Coordination With The Project Management And The Corresponding Documentation Of The Tests Must Be Created. # The Other Tasks Of The Dl-Daten Are: Further Development And Maintenance Of The Hwgk Data Storage: The Dl-Daten Implements The Requirements From The Service Description Of The Hwgk Update Into The Project Templates And The Specified Templates For The Submission Of Result Data And Keeps These Templates Up To Date. The Quality-Assured Results Of The Contractors Must Be Prepared, Homogenized With The Already Available Results And Transferred Or Exchanged Into The Existing Nationwide Hwgk Results Data Set. The Updated Result Data Must Be Handed Over To The Lubw. At The Beginning Of A Hydraulic Contract, The Dl Data Manager Compiles The Basic Data Generated In The Project, Supplements This With The Technical Data From The Initial Hwgk Creation And Makes This Available To The Contractor. The Dl Data Is The Contact Person For The Project Management For All Inquiries About Specialist Data
