The Friedrich Schiller University Jena Intends To Purchase One (1) Versatile And User-Friendly Wafer Bonder For Research Purposes, Which, In Combination With Ion Beam Implantation (Available At The Site), Enables The Production Of Single-Crystalline Thin Films Via Exfoliation On Various Target Substrates With The Highest Flexibility With Regard To The Usable Materials And Accessible Bonding Processes Is Enabled And Must At Least Meet The Technical Performance Parameters Of Appendix 2. A Total Of A Maximum Of €377,300.00 Net Is Available, Excluding The Costs For Transferring It To The Point Of Use.
