The Subject Of The Order, Which The Contractor Selected In This Procedure Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is The Maintenance Of Road Surfaces, Sidewalks And Parking Lots Of Public Roads - Municipal And Internal Ones Managed By The Mayor Of Oświęcim, In 2025 - Aggregate And Asphalt Surfaces As Part Of The Task Entitled : Maintenance Of Road Surfaces, Sidewalks And Parking Lots, According To With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Ongoing Inspection Of The Condition Of The Infrastructure Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement, Including Weekly Inspection Tours Of Roads With The Employers Employee Using The Contractors Vehicle, B) Reporting To The Employers Authorized Representative Any Defects, Failures, Defects, Deterioration Of The Road Surface, C) Performing Repairs - At The Request Of The Ordering Party - The Surface Of The Infrastructure Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement, Depending On The Nature Of The Facility And The Damage, By: D) Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion And Crushed Stone, E) Regeneration Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Crushed Aggregate, F) Repair Of Crushed Stone Surfaces; G) Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Mineral And Asphalt Mixtures; H) Mechanical Leveling Of The Existing Foundation, I) Maintenance And Repair Of Road Culverts, J) Filling Cracks With Asphalt Grout, K) Works, Activities And Procedures Not Specified Or Not Explicitly Mentioned By The Ordering Party, But Necessary For The Proper And Proper Performance Of The Order.3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Terms Of Order Execution, Warranty, Acceptance And Settlement Are Specified In The Contract Template For This Public Procurement And In The Documents Attached To It, Constituting An Annex To The Swz.4. The Documents Published By The Ordering Party In Connection With The Proceedings In Question, Including The Documents Referred To In Point 3, Constitute The Entirety And Are The Basis For The Calculation Of The Offer Price By The Contractors And For Determining The Contractors Obligations Resulting From The Submission Of The Contract In Question To Him For Execution.
