3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of New, Non-Exhibition Equipment For The Ckziu School Workshop In Łęczyca As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Educate Qualified Professionals. 3.2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The We Educate Qualified Professionals Project Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Voivodeship 2021-2027, Contract No.: Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0056/23-00.3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, The Delivery Of Tool Sets, Impact And Impact Hammers, Screwdrivers And Drills, Cutters, Saws, Saws, Wrenches, Tools, Compressor, Thermal Imaging Camera, Workbench, Welding Machine, Construction Radio, Charger, Battery, Etc. Quantities And Description Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3.4. The Delivered Devices And Equipment Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, And Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device. The Supplied Equipment Must Be New And Not For Exhibition Purposes, Free From Third Party Rights. 3.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Work Related To The Arrangement And Installation - Setting Up The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 121 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law And Checking The Correctness Of Operation In The Presence Of Employees Designated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In Handling The Delivered Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Instructions Indicated In The Opz. 3.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Along With The Offer For All Offered Devices, Equipment And Accessories, A Description Of The Offered Products, Confirming The Fulfillment Of All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party - Parameter Descriptions, Functional Descriptions, Photographs, Etc., Including In Particular - Information, I.E. The Name Of The Manufacturer , Name, Symbol, Model Number, Type, Manufacturers Catalog Number For The Offered Devices And Equipment. Each Description Must Be Marked With The Name Of The Item It Relates To. The Attached Descriptions And Documents Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Solutions Offered By The Contractor In Terms Of The Required Technical And Functional Parameters.3.8.
