1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance And Administration Of Municipal Cemeteries Located In Starogard Gdański At Ul. Skarszewska 26 And At Ul. Jaskółcza. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Guaranteeing Professional, Efficient Operation Of Municipal Cemeteries, While Maintaining Order, Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection Regulations In The Field Of Environmental Protection, Construction Law, As Well As In Accordance With The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burying The Dead (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 576), Keeping Records Of Graves In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Affairs Internal Affairs Of August 1, 2001 On The Method Of Keeping Records Of Graves (Journal Of Laws No. 90, Item 1013, As Amended) And Compliance With The Provisions Of The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 7, 2008 On The Requirements That Must Be Fulfill Cemeteries, Graves And Other Places For Burial Of Bodies And Remains (Journal Of Laws Of 2008 R., No. 48, Item 284) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard;2) Advice On Carrying Out Necessary Investments In Existing Facilities In Order To Improve Their Technical Condition, Quality, Increase Functionality Or Build New Facilities Related To The Operation Of Cemeteries;3 ) Providing Services Taking Into Account Available Human, Material And Financial Resources, While Striving To Minimize The Costs Related To The Operation Of Cemeteries.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Provision Of Services In The Field Of Administration And Maintenance Of Municipal Cemeteries, Including: 1) Ensuring Professional, Efficient Operation Of Municipal Cemeteries, While Maintaining Order, Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection Regulations In The Field Of Environmental Protection, Construction Law, And Also In Accordance With: A) The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 R., Item 576), B) Keeping Records Of Graves In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of August 1, 2001 On The Method Of Keeping Records Of Graves (Journal Of Laws No. 90, Item 1013, As Amended), C) The Provisions Of The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 7, 2008 On The Requirements To Be Met By Cemeteries, Graves And Other Places Of Burial Of Bodies And Remains (Journal Of Laws Of 2008, No. 48, Item 284) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.
