The Offered Medical Equipment Must Have Documents Authorizing Marketing In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Relevant Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974, As Amended).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: - The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Required Parameters Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
