OBJECTIVES & SCOPE OF WORK 2.1 General objectives The consultant will benchmark using a desktop review of available policies and other possible means to facilitate the review and development of ENYC policies. 2.2 Specific objectives Review and update existing Governance documents, including but not limited to; Conditions of Service, Disciplinary and Grievance Procedure manual, Finance Policy, Human Resources Policy, Procurement Policy, Motor vehicle Policy, Board Policy including a clear Board Charter.
