Expression of Interest for Support to NUCA and Sheikh Zayed city on GIS, Registration and Asset Management Scope of Work The selected service provider firm, based on its international experience, will be responsible for conducting an assessment to the status-co practice, ICT, and legal framework, of the Geospatial Information Management at both NUCA and Sheikh Zayed city levels. Based on such assessment, the service provider will develop a Strategy for the utilization of geospatial information at NUCAs and Cities levels. In addition, the service provider is requested to conduct an evaluation report to both the ICT and the institutional framework that governs property registration at NUCA and Sheikh Zayed city. Finally, the service provider will conduct mapping of business processes to specific Assets (roads electricity irrigation and landscape) inside Sheikh Zayed City.
