Brushes (Wire Brush and All Kinds of Paint Brushes). Glass Sheets. General Hardware including Fibre Glass Materials (Grp Materials) and Products. Plywood Boards and Mdf Boards etc.. Valves CONDITIONS: 01. Private companies and others who wish to get registered as suppliers should submit the Registration Certificate with the application. 02. Applications for registration for the goods mentioned from 1 to 32 may be obtained from the Chief Manager of Supplies Division at No. 45, Leyden Bastian Road. Colombo 01 upon payment of a registration fee of Rs. 1.000.00 along with VAT for each item between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days until 13.12.2024. 03. Committee will evaluate the capability of supplying after checking and action would be taken to register only the institutions recommended by the committee. 04. Quotations will be invited generally from the registered suppliers for supplies but the Ports Authority reserves the right to invite quotations from other suppliers who are not registered and to effect purchases. 05. Names of the suppliers who fail to submit quotations and effect supplies on time and who default supply of goods as per the details given in the order issued by the Ports Authority and who fai to supply goods of required quality and as per the samples will be struck off the list of registered suppliers. 06. All applications mentioning "Registration of Local Suppliers for year 2025" on the left-hand top comer of the envelope may either be sent by registered post addressed to "Chief Manager (Supplies and Materials Management). Supplies Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority. No. 45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01" or delivered to the Office of the Chief Manager at the above address to receive on or before 13.12.2024.
