Tenders Are Invited For Hydrogen Production And Refueling Unit Supplier

A Production Unit Partners Will Have To Erect Refueling Stations And Purchase Vehicles By Mid-2026. To Achieve This Objective, Enefit Green As Is Procuring A Hydrogen Production And Refueling Unit (Unit) To Produce Green Hydrogen In Eastern Estonia On The Property Of A Shale Oil Mining Factory. The Plant Will Receive Green Electricity From An Existing Solar Park And/Or Electrical Grid.The Contracting Authority Shall Organize The Procurement As A Competition. The Subject Matter Of The Procurement Contract Is Not Related To The Activities Of The Network Sector Specified In §§ 146-147 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Main Purpose Of This Procurement Is The Production Of Green Hydrogen, In Which Case The Contracting Authoritys Public Procurement Act Shall Not Apply. The Competition Procedure Shall Be Conducted In Accordance With The Estonian Law Of Obligations Act (§ 1009-§ 1013) And Other Applicable Legislation And The Requirements Of This Procurement (Competition) Documents.
