Part 1 - Replacement Of Street Lighting With Energy-Saving Led Luminaires In The Bukowa Śląska Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Existing Street Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Saving 50W Led Luminaires In The Amount Of 23 Pieces In The Bukowa Śląska Commune. Requirements: 1) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Any Disruptions To Road Traffic And Damages And Losses Resulting From The Works; 2) All Materials Used To Complete The Task Must Be Made Of Safe And Durable Materials In Accordance With Polish Standards And Safety Conditions. They Must Have A Certificate Issued By An Accredited Body Or A Declaration Of Conformity Of The Manufacturer Or Supplier, Or An Inspection Report Carried Out By The Manufacturer Or An External Institution (Accredited Laboratory); 3) After Completion Of The Works, Waste Should Be Removed And The Construction Site And The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site Should Be Cleaned Up; 4) The Works Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Land Development Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities, The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725) And Implementing Acts, Act Of April 16 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213), Applicable Standards And The Art Of Construction And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge;5) For The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months From Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. Notes: 1) All Proper Names Given In The Descriptions, Drawings And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Should Be Treated As Defining The Standard Devices, Materials And Technical Solutions. The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Devices And Materials Used Should Be At Least Those Shown In The Drawings And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Dimensions Of The Devices And Their Connections Must Be Consistent With Those Given In The Drawings And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;2) The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With All The Requirements Specified In The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Contract And Obtain Any Information That May Be Useful In Preparing The Offer. The Possibility Of Claims By The Contractor Due To Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is Excluded. Dividing The Order Into Parts, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, Will Optimize The Offers Presented By The Contractors Both In Terms Of Quality And Price, And Will Additionally Protect The Ordering Party Against Failure To Resolve The Order Due To Failure To Submit A Comprehensive Offer By Any Of The Contractors
